Ginny Thern: Midterm




For this project I gathered a variety of different filters to use in order to produce pictorialist photos.  Filters include: black lace shirt, pink lace shirt, transparent plastic, cloudy plastic with a hole in the center and brown lensed sunglasses.  For the pictures that I have posted below, only two of these filters are shown.  I wanted to focus my images around the details of the stonework.  I decided to use just two filters because they looked the best with the stone.  The two I chose were the brown sunglasses, which gives the images an older feel and turns them sepia and the clear plastic which gives the images a soft look.
